Significantly, on the anniversary of the occupation of Czechoslovakia, the outdoor exhibition will begin its second stop in the Novojičín region. The exhibition arrived in Příbor from Kopřivnice and will then travel to Olomouc.
We invite everyone who is interested in learning more about the fate of people unjustly imprisoned in Putin's Russia to visit the gardens of the Piarist Monastery in Příbor. The outdoor installation, through artistic illustrations, presents the cases of current political prisoners who were convicted in Russia for their opposition to the aggression against Ukraine and other crimes of the Russian government. It thus gives a voice in the free world to the stories of injustice that do not spare men or women, very young people or seniors.
The exhibition will be on display in the gardens of the Piarist Monastery in Příbor from 21. 8. to 10. 9. 2025.
Then will be on view in the courtyard of the Faculty of Arts of Palacký University in Olomouc (Křížkovského 10) from September 11 to October 12, 2025 (MON–FRI, 8:00–20:00), admission is free. The opening will take place in the courtyard on September 11 at 10:00.
This will be followed by a second Olomouc stop at Dolní náměstí from October 13 to October 25, 2025.
