Since the founding of our organization, we have established cooperation with many democratic Russian organizations dedicated to human rights, educational and historical activities (for example, Memorial, OVD Info, Sakharov Center, Perm-36 Museum and others). Although the activities of these organizations have been suppressed or at least significantly limited by the Russian authorities in recent years, many of our colleagues and other civil society representatives still live in Russia and resist the aggressive policies of the Russian authorities as best they can.
We closely monitor the activities of the democratic part of Russian society and its struggle against the Russian government. We focus mainly on the issue of human rights violations and distortions of the Soviet past by the Russian state, but also on monitoring anti-war and anti-regime protests throughout Russia.
We regularly publish information on the topic in Czech language. Our summaries are based primarily on sources of Memorial, OVD Info and other independent Russian organizations.
